Madison Reyes was born on June 25, 2004, in Brooklyn, New York, to Puerto Rican parents Ricardo and Maggie Reyes. She spent her childhood in Brooklyn but then relocated to Allentown, Pennsylvania, when she was just 10 years old. 

Given that her mother was a sergeant in the army, Madison spent her childhood in a military family. Madison has a younger sister named Megan. She developed a passion for performing arts at an early age and was raised with strong cultural and family ties.

Apart from acting, Madison is also a talented singer and songwriter. She was part of the lead singing roles for the soundtrack of Julie and the Phantoms, writing and singing "Perfect Harmony" alongside co-star Charlie Gillespie. She then ventured into the music industry independently, releasing solo songs like "Te Amo" (2021), "Make It" (2023), and "Moth" (2024), as well as a collaboration song "Main Thing" with Jadah Marie. Her debut EP All Kinds of Love came out in June 2022, releasing her pop genre and personal story.

Madison attended the Lehigh Charter High School of the Arts and Arts Academy Charter Middle School in Pennsylvania before switching to homeschooling to sustain her acting career. She also taught herself to sing in order to save money on lessons.
