Born on the 20th of January, 2002, and raised in Trinity, Florida, Joshua Robert Colley was raised in an artistic family that fostered his interest in the arts and also has a twin brother Cameron. He began acting at the age of nine and subsequently relocated to Los Angeles to pursue greater opportunities in television and film after establishing himself in theater.

He went on to lead as Charlie Brown in the York Theatre Company’s production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (2016) and played Flounder in a star-studded Hollywood Bowl staging of The Little Mermaid the same year, demonstrating range across ensemble and principal juvenile roles.
Voice acting
Besides stage work, Colley also gained a presence in voice-over animation. He voiced Pig Robinson for Peter Rabbit on Nick Jr. (2014–2015) and gave additional voice performance for children's television, leveraging his vocal range in order to present iconic animation figures at the beginning of his career.
